Yes, we will work with you to accommodate your campaign needs. However, we highly recommend contacting us as early as possible to ensure availability of our iPixman teams. We prefer a minimum fourteen (14) days advance notice to ensure reservation availability and proper preparation.
>> Can iPixman assist in the advertisement contents editing or development?
Yes, we work with our trusted qualified partner companies for Creative Studio services to develop or edit your complete advertisement contents
>> Do I need to provide the advertisement contents or video? in what format? and how long in advance?
Yes, the client will need to provide us with all advertisement contents and any authorization or approvals required for the advertisement contents. We will work with you throughout the preparation to ensure that your advertisement contents meet our requirements. In general, the digital advertisement contents are in the industry standard form of a DVD production formatted on standard DVD – Video, with production materials encode in MPEG – 2 format with bit rates ranging from 2 to 9 Mbps and programmed to start automatically {AutoStart} and loop indefinitely. We require receiving the DVD contents at least seven (7) days in advance of the campaign start date to review and make correction if necessary.
>> DO I provide the uniform or costume ? promotional materials?
In general, only our trained and qualified staff will carry and use the iPixman equipment
>> If approval is needed for iPixman to be at a specific location, i.e. tradeshow, who is responsible for the approval?

>> What is the maximum number of iPixman I can reserve?
There is not a limit on how many iPixman that can reserve. We have the ability to accommodate as many as needed.
>> What is the process to reserve the iPixman team? And how long in advance?
